“If I had the option of giving ZERO stars, I would have opted for it. I contacted this place for Hiace booking due to its high rating, but I am sorry to say that they provided us with worst experience. Initially they took advance from us for a deal for 2 days, but later opted out of it because they would see no profit out of this deal (they should have thought about it while taking the advance). During this conversation, they kept on claiming that they follow the "market rule" that they will return the advance amount in double if they opt out of a deal. In the end, they just returned the original amount. It is not about the amount, it is about commitment and valuing your own words. If you want to arrange a vehicle with mental peace, do not finalize a deal with this place.”
