“Several issues: 1. Low quality cars - I received a fortuner with limited luxury specs and not much comfort. Car also had a smell. 2. Drivers demeanour was off - he snapped at my staff when she complained about leg room when he was adjusting the seat in front of her. 3. Very dangerous driving - many lane changes in the motorway without signal, either was driving too fast and rash or too slow in the third lane stuck behind trucks. Also did not take feedback well. 4. Owner does not have a service mindset - I asked him to coordinate with the driver and save me the trouble. His reply was “this is a headache you have to take…I’m not going to be driving the car so don’t bother me”. I would not recommend to anyone.”
