“Booked a car for an airport pickup thinking it would be smooth. Worst decision. The driver showed up over an hour late, no calls, no updates, phone switched off. We were standing outside with luggage like clowns. When the car finally arrived, it was poorly maintained and smelled bad. On calling the office, instead of apologizing, they acted like it was our fault for expecting basic punctuality. Zero responsibility, zero customer care. They ruined our family day. Would never use or recommend this service again.”

“Worst experience ever. These guys are straight-up liars. They Promised a latest-model coaster, showed fake pics, and on the actual Barat day sent a third-class, old, school-bus-looking coaster. Pure embarrassment in front of guests. On top of that, they blackmailed us mid-road, stopped the vehicles, and refused to move unless full payment was transferred. They ruined our family day completely. Zero ethics, zero professionalism. Stay away from Lahori Rent A Car. Total scam.”
